Suggest Ideal Treatment For Osteoporosis

is an osteopath ok for my very sore back brought on by pulling out plants in my garden Went to a chiropractor but not happy with the results.Have also got osteoporosis.what is the best treatment.I am 85 years old and like to get rid of that terrible pain.losing weight at the same time because my is not the best at the moment.

Bisphonates are effective for osteoporosis. Bisphonates like alendronate are the first line of treatment for osteoporosis. They not only decrease the pain but also reduces the risk of fracture spine and hip. A physician consultation is recommended.
