Suggest Ideal Values For Ovarian Cancer Screening Test

hi - is there a website that shows how the CA-125 ovarian cancer screening test results are interpreted? i want to know what each range means. I was told anything under 10 is normal, 10-20 is pre-cancerous potential, above 20-200 is 1st stage potentially, 200+ is 2nd stage, 300+ is 3rd stage, 400+ and over is fourth stage... but then i ma also told at any stage there can be a false positve... especially for women like me with fibroids. Please direct me to where I can find the info on reading the test results for the CA-125. thank you -r

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
CA 125 level is very useful in ovarian cancer screening. However there are some other causes also there for rise in ca 125. You should correlate with ultrasound finding also.
