Suggest Investigations For Pain In Knees,palms And Fingers

Hello Doctor, My mother who is 63 years is suffering from acute pain in her knees, palms, fingers. SHe finds it difficult to walk and hold things or lift using her hand. Her feet and palms swell during ealry mornings. Please suggest what kind of test or specilist she should consult. Thanks
