Suggest Lifespan Of A Person After Suffering Heart Attack And Stroke?

My husband had mild stroke eight months ago. Doing well now except for fatigue and some slurring of speech at end of day. His only other symptom was imbalance which seems much much better. He had heart attack fifteen years ago and has two stents. Guess my question is will this shorten his lifespan and what are chances of another stroke. He is 77 years old but very youthful for age considering.
