Suggest Long Term Effects Of Macrobid

My Mother was taking Macrobid for a urinary tact infection and has been doing so for a week this past two days she has noticed her vagina has turned black...pls can you tell us what is happening and whether there is long term effects from this happening....?Sincerely April
