Suggest Magnesium Supplement For A Healthy Heart

I need to use magnesium supplements but often they are combines with calcium, which I recently heard is not good to take as a supplement for the heart. (I get plenty of calcium in my diet.) What is the best form of magnesium supplement? YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

You can use multivitamins like Supradyn rather than magnesium only supplements. Magnesium is a trace element in the body and the very small amount is required for body function. Supradyn is a good choice.
