Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history and descrption, I would want to rule out hormonal acne. You have not mentioned your age or sex. Considering you are a female, I would suggest you to tule out underlying hormonal disorder called as " Ploycyctic ovarian syndrome". You need to do a
blood test to assess the levels of hormones called as FSH, LH, serum.
Testosterone and Prolactin. You also need to do a pelvic scan to look ate the ovaries. Please consult a dermatologist/ gynaecologist with these reports. Hormonal imbalance could lead to
persistent acne.
Drooling of saliva could also lead to persistent acne.
You can use a gel containing 1 %
clindamycin in the morning and acombination gel with 2.5% Benzoyl peroxide/ 0.1% Adpelene at bedtime. Continue the bedtime gel application even after the pimples have completely cleared as this maintenance treatment prevents recurrences. You could get
salicylic acid based peels done by a dermatologist.
Have a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and have 2 liters of water everyday.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
