Suggest Management Of Cerebral Palsy

my son is 10 yrs old and is suffering from cerebral polcy,he cannt walk properly and run and he can sit on floor but he cant stand easily and he feel difficulty while writing and his IQ is ok, he has no muscle toning
please guide us what we can do for his treatment
