Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello Welcome to HCM

He is having symptoms like depressive symptoms, compulsive lying, aggressive, thinking that everyone is against him (paranoid ideation), anti-social behaviour etc. He usually confine himself in room on computer and don't interact much with others. He also drinks a lot.

After reading the symptomatology I can comment that most likely these symptoms are occurring due to some Psychotic episode or Mood disorder especially mania. Paranoid symptoms, anti-social behaviour and poor social interaction etc are mainly pointing towards psychosis.Other possibility is some personality disorder.

Consult a Psychiatrist and take expert opinion regarding his condition. Aggressive behaviour can be decreased by giving mood stabilises like Sodium valproate, carbamazepine or low dose antipsychotics. This will help in early recovery.

Thanks, hope this helps you
