Suggest Management Of Motor Neuron Disease

Hello, My father has diagnosed MND\ALS 6-7 months back with progressive difficulty in walking, his age is 53 years and his body movements have started to fade away slowly, Hands are getting weaker day by day and capability to speak is becoming difficult, He is able to eat normally with little swallowing difficulty. We have done all possible treatment but not effective, If any suggestion from u plz just inform me. YYYY@YYYY
