schizophrenia is most debilitating disorder so require its treatment as early as possible
in paranoid schizophrenia pt might have suspicious and fearful but it is less harmful to caregivers
if she is manageable at home than it is perfect place for treatment and rehabilitation
home is far better than hospital treatment
but she should stick on regular treatment and observation
keep watching her and give full support
positive regards is the best way to facilitating her motivation
read psychosocial intervention on google for schizophrenia patient
thank u
