Suggest Me Cause And Treatment For Lightheaded, Leg Swelling And Fast Heartbeats.

I have been having problems starting last spring, no enery, fatigue easy, heavyness in my chest, climbing my stairs to apt. hard when i get to top i'm lightheaded, out of breath and heart beating hard, overall feeling not right. Heart skips around sometimes, leg swelling when on them for hours, before this felt great alot of energy?
