Your HDL cholesterol is low man. I had 45 and still my cardio was not happy about it. He said that it should be more than 55 for better prevention. So same goes true wiht your case. He advised me to do briskwalking for 45 mins everyday to do that and I have started doing it . Lets see how it works.
