Suggest Me Medication For Cough And Cold With Watery Stools?

Hi, My 2 yr 3 months old son had severe cough and cold with fever -100 ○ C. Took him to the doc and he advised Azithral 100 ml - once daily for 3 days, Crocin syrup, cetrizine syrup - twice for 3 days and Nasoclear nasal spray. Though fever reduced after administering Crocin, severe cough with running nose was still there. Surprisingly, vomitting with loose motions started after the 3 days fise period was over. It increased to a complete watery stool after any small intake, say 10-14 times a day since past 2 days with say 2 nos. Of vomitt after taking water or any med. So, as suggested by the doc, we stopped all cold medication and put hin on ORS soln. And flox syrup-twice a day. It s 3 days now, administered enterogemina also since last night, 2 times a day....and noticed a slight change in the frequency and consistency of the stool....but again he isdown with severe cough
