Hi,

Pregnot tablets contains MIfespristone and Misoprostol tablets, these are used to induce abortion.

Here the points to be considered are:

-These tablets should be taken only with doctor's advice after undergoing ultrasound to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age.

1.Regular healthy balanced diet can be taken. Better to avoid junk food, smoking, alcohol etc.
2.After completion of these medicines in around 12 to 24 hours the bleeding is expected to start and usually the process will get completed in 72 hours.
3.You can have pain abdomen and bleeding slightly more than regular menstrual period. With increasing gestational age, severity of these symptoms can increase.

If bleeding and pain persists even 72 hours of completion of tablets, better to consult your doctor once, get examined and undergo ultrasound to rule out retained products of conception.
