Suggest Me Treatment For Provocable Myocardial Ischaemia Is Positive

hi..currently few day before i had pain in my middle of the chest ..i consult with doctor ,he said to do tread mill test and ecg...the report of test provocable myocardial ischaemia is posititive ... my weight is 87.56 and bp is 140/80 please suggest what can do now and why this type happend

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Myocardial ishemia of heart.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile to confirm the diagnosis.Monitor your blood pressure and heart rate regularly.Drugs like Anti platelets and anti hypertensives will be helpful will be helpful.Coronary angiogram with or without stenting will be the procedure of choice.
Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
