Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having chest pain with tenderness (pain on touching). This is characteristic feature of musculoskeletal pain.
Being a golfer, you need to stretch your ribs and intercostal muscles for shots.
This might have injured your ribs or pulled your muscle.
So better to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. If possible avoid playing long shorts for 1-2 weeks.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
