Suggest Medical Reasons For Loud Hearing Sensation And Increased Heart Beat

hi i have a strange question , once in a while (few time a year) i suddenly have a wierd feeling that i cant explain. 1. my hearing become stronger , everything is very loud , and very annoying 2. my heart bit become stronger 3. i have a general feeling of being very annoyed and very uncomfortable this sensation happens with no explanation , sometime after watching tv , playing on the phone , long meeting at work , or just without any explanation. usually it past after 1-30 minutes any idea what is it? im 25 year old male , healthy , and have no medical problems .

Noted your history of feeling of hearing stringer, heart beat becomes stronger, annoyed and uncomfortable after a particular work. This lasts for 1 - 30 minutes and passes away.
This is basically increased acuity and is more of a psychological betterment with sort of enlightenment and has no explanation.
This is not bad for sure.
Since you are just 25 years, very active and agile life you have and hence nothing to worry about.
Yet, it is better to get the cardiac and neurological evaluation done not to miss anything. Being normal makes sure that there is nothing to worry about and carry on the normal life.
