Suggest Medication And Diet For Vision Problems While Getting Up And Low Hemoglobin
Respected dr I am a male Indian univ student aged 20 yrs. My haemoglobin is 10.9 mg/ltr.whenever I wake up, for a second or two there is complete darkness in front of my eyes. I am a lacto vegetarian. Plz suggest proper medication,and diet Thank u Eric joshi

Though when Hb is very low , one may get giddiness due to weakness but your Hb is not so low. Do not worry much and Yes , we have to try to improve it.
Take milk; pulses, yoghurt, sattu, green veg, sprouts.
Take a tab for Deworming. ( Bandy plus)
One haematinic cap may also be tried.
