Hello
You didn't mention your gender , so I am advising for both sexes .
This is 7th day of treatment and complete course.
While you also didn't mention the name of antibiotics .
Test of cure (which is defined as a repeat test 3 to 4 weeks after treatment ) is not routinely recommended except for PREGNANT FEMALES , if patient is not complaint, has persistent symptoms , or there is suspicion of reinfection.
=Repeat infection increase the risk for pid / complications.
=Retest 3 MONTHS after treatment or any time patient seeks medical care in the following 3 to 12 months after treatment because there is a high risk of reinfection in these patients.
=High rates of reinfection are associated with younger age, history of previous STDs or risky sexual behaviours .
I mentioned every detail for follow up .
Hope this will be good for you.
Good luck.
