Suggest Medication For ESR Value 40mm/h And Pus Cells 2-3 Hff While Having Diabetes

HI sir, my mother(Age:50) is having diabetes problem from very long time and now she feel pain and heaviness in thier foot as far as concerned from doctor and following with some test she has ESR value 40mm/h and pus cells 2-3hff seen.
kindly suggest some medicine

Dear sir I can understand your concern.
This test ESR is a very vague test and do not have much of diagnostic value. in some patients with every thing normal,they will have elevated ESR
usually ESR will he elevated in many kinds of infections and auto immune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.
the feeling of heavy foot and numbness with be due to diabetic neuropathy due to Long term diabetes.
I suggest you to do complete blood counts to rule out any infections
