Suggest Medication For PCOD And Irregular Menstrual Cycle

hello Dr. i m suffering frm pcod last frm 5 years hving irregular peroids and taking lots of medicine,but no effective. nows a days i m concentrate on exercise and taking metformin and m2 tone tabs daily, could you plz help me regarding this problem.i m nt willing to take hormones.thank you
