Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
It is due to change of view from normal Posteroanterior ( PA ) to Apicolordotic view.
So no need to worry much for upward movement of nodule. It is normal in apicolordotic view.
Better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. CT thorax
2. Bronchoscopy and BAL ( Bronchoalveolar lavage ) analysis.
CT thorax is more superior then chest x ray in lung nodules.
Bronchoscopy and BAL analysis will be more informative in diagnosis of tuberculosis.
So if both are negative for active tuberculosis then no need to worry for recurrent tuberculosis.
Your nodule is just old, healed, fibrotic and inactive scar tissue.
