Yes. Husband is 43 yrs of age. Sept 2013 had head injury occur in er in our town. He now has TBI. He states he had headache couple days ago and also today. He has recently taken steroids (DECA) and B12 shots together. Never had any reactions in past. Feeling numb on left side of his body mildly. Trying to move around to keep motor skills working. He also diagnosed in ER with MRSA. Has no physician at this time, in legal case. What should he do?

I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the issues your husband is experiencing.

Unfortunately there is no specific treatment for the head injury now. By your description it is obvious that some damage has been sustained, some cells are gone. Improvement is waited mostly in the first year after the injury, afterwards little further improvement is expected. Anyway whether there is more improvement or not is not a case of medication, but of physical activity. Whatever medication he is prescribed for his symptoms are aimed to alleviate the symptoms, not for the head injury itself.

I hope to have been of help.
