Suggest Medication For UTI Post HSG Procedure

I m having a urinary tract infection after HSG procedure was done on tuesday last week. I had taken the anti-biotics as recommended by my doctor. Please can you recommend me a good gel based or medicine to get rid of this problem. Presently, I am using vagisil cream.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the urinary tract infection then it need to be treated with oral medication, for the local irritation in genital area "Povidone iodine" cream can be used, it is advisable to get done the urine culture sensitivity test, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
