Hello There are so many preparation for VITILIGO and you are using riboflavin and multivitamine . Use these continuously . I usually advise my patient this treatment orally as well topically . Oral use as, METHOXALEN as 20 mg or up to 600 mcg/ kg 2-4 hour before measured period of sunlight or UVA exposure depending on the preparation. This treatment is given twice a week or on alternate days. with at least 48 hours intervals. Topical /subcutaneous Adults Apply a 1% METHOXALEN solution which is usually diluted to 0.1-0.01 %( to avoid adverse reaction) to the lesions; expose to UVA immediately after application or wait up to 2 hours . Area around the lesion should be protected with a sunscreen. Wash & protect the lesions from light after treatment ; protection may be up to 48 hours. Repeat this treatment once in a week and use it for 9 -12 months . I hope this treatment will be good for you.
