Suggest Medication For A Bruise On The Knee Caused By A Fall

I fell of a ladder and it caused a baseball sized bruise on my knee. It has been a week now and the my whole leg is back and blue, tight and warm. It has swollen so much that all scares that I've had on my legs are protruding and are white in color. I am worried of a possible blood clot?? I do not have medical insurance and do not want to go to the doctor if not need be - but I am afraid that something may be wrong??? Also, my forearm is tightening and I can actually feel the tendons in my arm retract and tighten when I move my wrist. it makes a squeaking noise as well like an un-oiled machine?? I'm falling apart. Please help!
