Suggest Medication For A Large Lump Close To Vagina

I have this lump by my vagina, it's only been there for about 2 days but today it's grown to the size of a golf ball and i'ts making it very hard to walk without pain, what do u suggest i do about this, please help, i have never had anything like this befofre, i believe it way be a cyst but how do i get rid of it ??
