Suggest Medication For A Lump In The Labia Majora

I have a small, hard movable lump deep in labia majora. I am also getting recurrent absesses in this area with itching and redness. I was wondering if this sounded anything like vulvar cancer? There is cancer in my family and my aunt was just diagnosed with breast cancer on monday so this has me worried that this could also be cancer.
