Suggest Medication For A Lump In The Vagina

Hi, I gave birth to my son 11 weeks ago and my postnatal bleeding stopped after about 6wks. I'm now getting a pink or blood stained discharge and have felt a pea sized lump about 1inch inside my vagina. The lump is firm but moves between my fingers. Any advice would be much appreciated.
