Suggest Medication For A Ovarian Mass

Doctor, when i went for pelvic USG during September'10 ,i was reported having tuboovarian mass of size 7.9cm* 4.5cm, i was given antibiotics for 14 days and contraceptive for 3 months. I was asked to repeat the USG.When i repeated the USG during december '10, report shows tuboovarian mass o 4.9cm * 3.4 cms (reduce in size).my doctor asked me to take second opinion ,wheather i will be treated further with medication or need surgery
