For persistent fever first of all you have to go for blood investigations after an expert opinion to isolate the cause. You can take some antibiotic like cefixime and ofloxacine along with paracetamol 650 mg for high grade fever. Do cold sponging to reduce the temperature of your body. Take rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach along with some multivitamin once daily.
