Suggest Medication For A Pimple On The Vagina

Hi, I have discovered a zit/pimple on my vagina. I am only 11 but hit puberty early, I am NOT sexually active. I wanted to get a doctors advice before it gets worse. I am too scared to tell anyone else, not even my mum. I am very worried that it might get worse. Hopefully, you can give me some advice. Also, is there any creams/medication I could use before going to the doctors just to see if that works?
