Suggest Medication For A Swelling Caused Due To A Fall

Hi, my 4 year old son fell while playing soccer with friends. No blood came out but it began to swell and he cant walk anymore. The swelling is so hot and the doctor thinks it has nothing to do with him falling but it is a bacteria infection. He has given him antibiotics. Kindly advise.
