Suggest Medication For A Wound In The Tail Bone

i dont have health insurrance and looking for quick fix if possible. wound on tail bone that keeps scabbing over, use bandages and clean daily with alcohol, but dosnt completly heal. might be hair there causing it not to heal but is there a way to get it fixed with out going to doctor, like somthing i could buy.
