Suggest Medication For Abdominal Pain

i am having abdominal pain & cramp from last 5-6 days. USG report is normal. Dr said it might be due to infection, and Rx me Flagyl 400 and Cyclopam. i havr takrn it but there is no singnificant change in my condition. please suggest me another diagnosis,

It is possible that you do have infection of the uterus (PID) but it did not respond to the antibiotics given.

Bacteria can sometimes be resistant to antibiotics so this is a possibility.

You may need to get a repeat course of antibiotics for treatment. Different antibiotics can be used eg ceftriaxone injection along with oral therapy
