Suggest Medication For Abortion Of Probable Pregnancy

Dear sir, I am 30 yr old female.I hv 3 children.youngest one is 9 mnths old. Since last 4 months I am getting period on the exact date but in this month I was supposed to hv on 17 but no periods till now.I am feeling rise n fall in body temperature and lower abdomen little hard. I wanna know something to abort this child.I think I am pregnant.please help Recommend any medicine.

Understand your concern
You can use gynecologists prescribed abortion pill after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by USG. Mifepristone 600 mg followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally after 48 hour is safe and effective option for abortion if used under guidance of health care provider. Bleeding will comes after 30-50 minutes after using pill and last for 4-6 days.
Follow up at 7 days is needed. At 14th day USG should be done to confirm completeness process of abortion. In failure of abortion you van not continue pregnancy as it cause abnormal development and deformity in fetus so it can terminated by D &C. Rest, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements is advisable after abortion. Home use is not advisable as it cause serious complication
