Suggest Medication For Allergy And Wheezing

my 7 month old has had some allergy symptoms for the past three weeks. The dr gave him some steroids and antibiotics. Now he has a runny nose, flushed cheeks, raspy cough, weezing in the chest and a fever of 102. what does it sound like to you and what do i need to do?
