Suggest Medication For An Infection In The Labia Minora

Hello. I have been concerned for some time about this but have yet to see a doctor. On my labia minora, it feels bumpy, almost like grains of sand under my skin. When the skin is stretched they look whiteish. I would pass this off as fordyce spots, but I have some mild irritation from them if the skin is lightly pinched together and the grains rub against one another or the skin is stretched. Could you please tell me what you think about this?
