Suggest Medication For An Infection In The Vagina

My vagina has been itching lately, so I scratch it. I recently sex the other day and when I got up I noticed that there were markings of blood on my cover. I found this odd because I was also fingered, but blood wasn't on his hands. Do you think that the bleeding is coming from me scratching?
