Suggest Medication For An Infection On The Vagina

hi i woke up this morning when i went to the toilet and i wiped myself it was very painful so i had a look and it looked like a spot so i poped it and some white pus came out like a spot and now it has swollen 3 x its size and very painful what is it or what can i do ?
