Suggest Medication For An Infection On The Vagina

hi i am a female aged 21 years old.
I was wondering if you can help? I had an abortion 2 months ago and i had the implant fitted in straight away.. i bled due to abortion for 3 weeks as i had been told.. i never got a period even today.. but about two days ago i started having tender sore breasts and when i squeezed them a little bit of milk came out. I’m also constantly going for a wee (urinating) i am eating more and i have been getting a smelly discharge and also itchy vagina..(these are the exact same symptoms i had when i got pregnant) i thought it would be a sign of pregnancy but when i went for a test it came out negative.. even though it came out negative i am still a bit worried that it might b because it is early stages for it to show positive. Im very sexually active,
Please help could i be pregnant again??
