Medication which are you have is help you but now a days tere are many newer medication which helps you best like SNRI (serotonin and nor epinephrine re up take inhibitor), SSRI (selective serotonin re up take inhibitor), NASA (serotonin and nor epinephrine antagonist) etc
discuss with your treating doctor.
