General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have mentioned that your father is suffering from diabetes and Asthma. Insulin will help to control his sugar, and the dose has to be adjusted according to his sugar levels. Daily sugar monitoring is essential if he is taking insulin. For asthma, the medicine will depend on the severity of your symptoms. There are many different groups of drugs available like B agonists, leukotriene antagonists, steroid inhalers etcetera. You can discuss with his physician regarding the drug and dosage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nazma.amman
