Suggest Medication For Benign Pemphegus

I have Hailey Hailey, familial benign pemphegus, i have a serius outbreak right now, the pain is unbearable, my doctor appointment isnt until Thursday, and am out my topical antibiotic clindimycin/floucininide, is there something else i can use in the meantime?

I really appreciate your concern and from the given history given here I could say that if you have a skin disease called pemphigus and you are going to see the doctor, then in my opinion keep continue the medicine that you are using and for the pain the best option is "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day" this would relieve the pain, take care and have a nice day.
