Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. Betnovate contains a mild steroid which should not be used on the face without any proper indication and monitoring. Please do not apply the cream for your acne marks. It could worsen your acne in addition to causing other side effects like thinning of skin, redness, burning and rosacea. For acne induced black spots, you could apply a gel containing 2% Kojic acid and vitamin C at bedtime for 6-8 weeks. You could also get chemical peels like glycolic peel done by a dermatologist. Peels will hasten the lightening of spots and also improve your skin tone. Use a sunscreen every 4 hours as sunlight can darken the spots. Do not pick your pimples. Use a gel containing 1% clindamycin twice a day if you get new pimples. Hope this helps you. Take care.
