Suggest Medication For Blocked Nose For Infant

My baby is 3 months old having nose block .if we put nasal drop he ll be ok for 30 mins then he ll having the same problem ..In the nasal drop its mentioned that we should not give more then 3 times/ day ..what can we do? does the nebulizer is safe for this situations ?

I would suggest applying vicks vaporub on the baby upper lip are just below the nose this will keep the nasal passages open for an extended period of time.
