Suggest Medication For Breathing Difficulties

Hello, I have had breathing problems since August 2015. My oxygen levels are 98. Irritants, smells, molds, some inside and always outside air all send me into bronchial spasms. CAT scan of throat is fine, chest x Ray clear, scoped my nose nothing wrong, allergy blood tests are fine. Yet it is difficult to breath. I am on steroids inhaler, proair inhaler, nebulizer ipratropium. I also have severe post nasal drainage and have had for a year. Also have no voice since October 1 st. Is there any suggestions what step to take next?
