Suggest Medication For Broken Knuckle And Bleeding Due To An Injury

im like 5.7 i weigh 131 and im 19 i punched the floor 5 or 6 times and broke my knuckle bleeding alot i can see some bone and the knuckle has sunk in alot but is still visable i canot go to a doctor is there anythang i can do.i just have it wraped up in a bandage
