Suggest Medication For Broken Tibia Above The Ankle

I broke my tibia above the ankle, and the fibula there and just below the knee, all spiral fractures, 10 weeks ago. I cannot be on my leg more than a few minutes without it turning red and blue. Should I still be concerned with circulation problems at this stage?
